Seriously, I owe everyone a massive THANK YOU! Last month when I wrote on this blog asking you to donate to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), I never imagined we would raise as much money as we did! It’s just another testament to how great the fans of D.C. UNITED are! I’m serious about this, you’re wonderful, all of you, and I really appreciate the help and support. We managed to raise $4,300 (yeah, $4,300!). This money will be used to fund crucial research in hopes of finding a cure for this disease.
Also, a big "thanks” goes out to those of you who attended the event. I heard it was absolutely great and mi madre and my sister really enjoyed meeting everyone there!
