Ben Olsen to help fight against AIDS
11/25/2008 11:47 AM by Cris Cruz
World AIDS Day is coming up and Survivor winner Ethan Zohn is doing his part to get involved. Zohn has been dribbling a soccer ball for 550 miles from Boston to Washington DC during the past three months. His Grassroots Soccer United Dribble has raised more than $150,000 to fight HIV/AIDS in Africa.
United’s own Ben Olsen will be joining Zohn for the “Last Lap” around the National Mall on December 1st, which is World AIDS Day. This event is open to the public and all kids are invited to come dribble around the Mall with Benny, Ethan Zohn and Washington Freedom’s Rebecca Moros.
Come check it out on Dec. 1 at the National Mall starting at 3 p.m. For more info, visit GrassrootSoccerUnited.org.
