Photo of the Day: Shirtless?

If you haven't yet read it, check out Dan Steinberg's recent post on the various D.C. teams and their policy on being shirtless at games. You'll see that our stance when compared to the other pro teams in the area is in stark contrast. If you read the piece, you likely saw a great quote from our VP of Communications, Doug Hicks. You didn't, however, see the whole thing;
"As evidenced at United games for years, the passion of our supporters cannot possibly be contained by clothing. In extreme cases, Luciano Emilio goals have even prompted fans to spontaneously disrobe."
We can't confirm that the fella above is shirtless in celebration of an Emilio goal, because we're pretty sure he doesn't wear shirts at all... ever.

I would love to see the one in front him also takes off lol. See how wer are passionate about our team. Let's keep going fellows. I give kudos to our club for not being as stupid as other leagues in DC area. What a disgrace for asking simple fans to put the shirts back. I hope they never goes back again. Some times I just can't believe how people here a pathetically sensitive and touchy about everything. Another reason to not like boring ball games.

Oh please! We sit in the nest with our kids. The shirtless guy is the least offensive thing. It's not Disneyland and no wants it to be. It's soccer.
