Congratulations are in order

Congratulations to Gonzalo Peralta and his wife, Leticia. After being in labor for nearly 29 hours, Mateo Peralta was born at 3:18 p.m. on Friday, May 30, wighing in at 7.5 lbs. The family has returned home from the hospital and is healthy and happy. Gonzalo returned to training today and the proud papa will be available for selection in Wednesday night's game with the Houston Dynamo.
Gonzalo will soon been joined in the ranks of fatherhood by teammates Fred and Ben Olsen. Fred and his wife are expecting their first child next week, while the Olsen's are due this fall.
Also of note this morning was a familiar face returning to catch up with some old friends. Jamil Walker, on break from his current Carolina Railhawks team, is visiting his old stomping grounds. Walker has a goal and an assist in six games played for his USL-2 side and is currently sporting a brace on his broken right hand.
